We believe that we have some of the lowest fees in the area. If you can find a local qualified firm, subject to a Professional Regulatory Code of Practice that enforces standards, that are as strict as ours, and whose Code is also externally monitored by a recognised authority, as ours is, for your enhanced protection, if their normal fee is less than that quoted by us. Then we undertake to at least match that lower fee.
